Rates and Availabilty

Bookings can be made over the telephone or by e-mail. Upon taking your request we will pencil your booking for one week, during which time you will need to forward a cheque for 25% of the booking. This deposit is non refundable. Should your deposit not arrive within the one week period, we will make the dates you have requested available to others. The final 75% will be payable no later than 6 weeks in advance of your holiday start date.

Please note that a security deposit of £50 is payable at the time you pay the final balance. This will be returned to you, by post, following inspection of the caravan. Any damage to property or excessive cleaning required will result in the loss of your deposit.

We operate a no smoking and no pets policy and additional cleaning required due to non compliance will also result in the loss of your security deposit.
